Thank you Frank. I will investigate 30 vs 40. You seem to otherwise agree what I have been shipped is an SAEO equivalent oil. It does not suggest that on the labeling shown on the pale. I too found that SAEO chart. I will report back if I learn anything new. Thanks again.

Still no solution showing up. At this point I am thinking rain water as it is now dry and we have been running water etc with no wet carpets. Just not sure how rain is getting in and why showing up under the sink. Anyone else having this issue would be great to know how it got resolved.

Mtnandy has the right idea. Plug computer speakers in to headphone jack on tv. Plug speakers into ac plug to power them and hide small sub behind tv. Great sound low cost. TV remote controls all. Logitech is what I bought. Get creative to mount/secure speakers. Cheers.
