i am a simple man so after reading all of that advice i say to you please check your belt tensions e.g. water circulating pump alternator etc.. if they are to loose they will slip at higher rpms and cause overheating hope i could help jimmy

i understand the anguish and have been ther myself!!! check the fuel tank for a sticky anti syphon valve sometimes the ball gets old and sticky. then of course with a proper fuel pressure guage have a friend watch it to see if it drops when you start to bogg down on plane if it doesn't lose...

well i found my problem there are 3 orange wires that go to bus bar power under dash positive side they have fusible links one of them was corroded and fuse burnt installed a new fuse and link and i am back in business:smt038 thanks to all who replied , jim

definately sounds like a vapor lock. check fuel lines and make sure they are away from heat, cooling hoses manifolds etc.. and when you get ready to turn off your motor after cruising for a period of time let it idle for 3-4 minutes first before cutting power this will help prevent vapor...

yes engine is definatly in neutral the toggle switches on the ignition switch side are dead but the starboard side of steering wheel dash switches are all working
