Dont want to Hi-Jack ... But I have the same question .... If I store my boat outside would i need to winterize ? here in the SF bay area the coldest it ever gets is around 32 Degrees F over night.

Just use the the boat asked for. I believe its 87 octane. I typically use 92 if its been sitting and 87 then their after.

I just bout a new fuel filter for my 2001 185. Is there anything I should know before I do the install. or is it as easy as un-screwing the old one and screwing in the new one ? Any help would be awsome !
