No, my latch will not lock. That is to say, the key will turn the latch but it doesn't engage the hook enough to stay secure. Attached is a pic of the hook. Same as yours...with the same problem.

Its weird. We are the 4th owner of the boat and it appears that the boat never had a table back there. It didn't have one in the salon either...again weird! The last owner bought a heavy base with a pole and the typical fiberglass top that is movable. I haven't tried taking the pole out of...

Grant - I recently purchased the exact same table from MarineTeak.com. When I bought my 48 it came with a table that was not in the standard hole, it was in a heavy base that you could move around. Would you mind telling me exactly what size table leg tube that is? If I get one of those...

Glad I could help. When I started boating I had BoatUS. In 2009 I got a quote from NBOA for the same coverage and it was ALOT lower. Ive been with them ever since, without a claim.

Installing davits on 2004 420 DA swim platform

Jon I have a 2006 40 DA, and bought a Nautley DinghyRamp HD to install on it. As you know it has an integral swim platform. My concern is being able to thru-bolt the fasteners onto the swim platform. I don't think Ill have access to the underside of the platform at the edge where the bolts will...

    Battery Upgrade Question...

This weekend I installed (3) D31M's in my 320SD. The boat still has the charger it came with when new, a Intellipower Marine Charge Model PD2030. Will this charger work with these batteries? My mechanic says they will but I want a second opinion.... Please let meknow, Thanks

Smart Craft Guages going Crazy...Need Help

I have a similar issue on a 320SD. There is no sweeping of dials though. My problem involves the drive trim indicators.... While crusing at slow speed (less then 10 knots or so) there is no problem. I programmed the digital windows in the main 3 dials to show (from L to R) Speed & water...

    Understanding my outdrive trim synching

Is there a thread on this forum for the best way to trim your drives? I have been using my hydraulic tabs to level out the boat but read an article yesterday that said you should trim the outdrives instead, saying its a better way. When they say "better" I assume more fuel efficient.... not...
