Does anyone have a good solution to do make these cupholders more useful. My Bayliner has the same type. They don't actually hold cups too well. There's not really room to install drop in cupholders though without introducing water to the cabin.

I'm wanting to install a 10" sub or 2. Looks like I could rebuild the side storage compartment by the captains seat and put a free air sub there pretty easily. Has anyone installed or see a reason why I couldn't install a sub in the port side aft in the location I circled.

Has anyone put speakers in the back of their Sea Ray 260. I'm thinking the locations circled but I can't see what's behind there.
