My Bilge pump, exhaust purge, and speedometer stopped workin on my last trip. I checked the fuse panel, they’re all good. The switch lights come on but nothing happens. Any ideas?

I’ve recently purchased my first boat, a 1998 Sea Ray Sundancer (5.7 II). I have mechanic skills but zero boat experience. I’ve noticed an empty reservoir and have no idea what fluid goes in it. Seems like it may be some sort of power steering fluid. I’ve attached a few pictures. Please advise...
