All filters have been changed and are clean. I do get the rpms but i have no clue what else to look for

yes bottom and props are clean

the bottom is a year old and still looking pretty good , i check it every month and there is no growth on it . props are also clean. they were balanced a year ago when i had the boat out of the water

i get 3000 in neutral at the dock and 2750 WOT on the water.

Guys i got a 1994 sundancer 440 with twin cats 3116 350hp. At 2400rpm i get around 13 knots and the boat doesnt seem to get on plane. after putting the tabs all the way down sometimes it gets up to 15knots at 2400rpm. Is this normal with my configuration ? Water tank is usually full . 5 people...
