i took it out myself the first time this last weekend. Is it typical to have to essentially constantly be playing with the tabs to keep it flat? Really has no problem getting on plane but once there I do quite a bit of adjusting especially when steering or hitting waves.
I think my set up is a bit different. I have the bench that folds down from the back bench of the captain bench (if that makes sense), then a table then a bench that folds out of the stern wall. That bench however is much lower than the bench it’s facing. Here is a pic
it’s funny, thank god I asked. As I thought it to be exactly opposite, in that- the high side should have the tab down to create drag and bring down the high side. Interesting that it’s opposite. Thanks.

I just purchased a Sea Ray 270 Sundancer with 7.4 merc to a bravo III.
my question is has anyone ever gotten like a blow up mattress to fit behind the captains bench? Or really only stuck sleeping 4 below?
also, any tips on how to operate the tabs. Seems to really lean to one...
