I have a little play in my steering. I removed the bolts from the rod that connects the two tillers. The bolt holes in the connecting rod are nice and round and the bolt fits snug. However the holes in the tiller arms are oblong and that seems to be where my steering play is. Is this normal?
I seem to have about a inch or more play between the tiller arm and the large bar that connects the two tillers together. I see a bolt that attaches the two and that is tight. Is there a bushing in there that may need to be replaced.

I just purchased this 32 Sundancer 2005 and the fuel gages are all over the place. I fill the tank and the next day both gages read around half. After about 10 minutes the make there way to full? Should I change both senders?
This is great information. i will reach out to Bennett to see what they recommend for a 32 foot. Did you have to change the cylinders as well as the trim tabs? Also how did you go about sizing the props for the boat? Would you just reach out to Acme to see what they recommend?
I ordered a factory cockpit cover for my 2005 Sundancer 32. The boat never had one so I need to install snaps in the deck below the windshield that I am nervous about drill in the deck. Would anyone have a cockpit cover installed that you could send me pictures of the snaps on the deck so I can...
I recently purchased a 2005 Sundancer 32. For me to get the bow down I have to have the trim tabs all the way down and run at about 3700 RPM and that is about 23 MPH. Not sure if this is too high of an RPM or not? Seems like anything slower the boat labors as I feel it is very heavy in the back
Thank you very much I will give it another try this weekend. I was going to just try and take them off and leave them off but not really sure what is behind them.
I am trying to remove the front V berth cushions that are mounted on the two sides and front of the boat. Does anyone know how they come off?
Thank you
