Dropped boat off to mechanic for new impellers. Thruster worked fine there. Has not worked since. Green light just won't stay on. Just beeps then goes off. Any Ideas. All brand new batteries weeks old.

I am getting a vibration on my starboard side. Only happened after several miles of driving it. Did not feel it at parking or low speeds. It was pretty bad at 3800 rpm? I don't believe a propeller or it would have done it right away. Where do I start?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
