Looks like the New fuel Pump I put in siezed and spun the crank on the waterpump assembly so the little round bit that pumps causes the the fuel pump to pump is dead (free spinning), guessing cause there was no oil in there. since I was too stupid to replace the gear oil, and now have a $$$...
