You can buy a simple mister kit at Sams for like 20 bucks already put together. I have one on my pier and it works great. The only downfall is you and everything around you gets wet.

Sorry I'm just relaying info from a mechanic friend of mine. The thermostat works, we tested it. He said the water pump in the engine compartment shows no sign of not working. This is a merc 5.0 bravo 3 An no flow means we put the ears on her and nothing gets sucked into the engine. Sorry...

I'm getting no water flow. Water pump and thermostat look ok. Any other ideas or help? Or engine diagrams.. Thanks.

It didn't. I found a person selling the system they had. It was brand new but I got it for $550. From Corsa they are $1,600 .

Indeed I do. But like I said every freaking pier is different size, angle, height, direction, grrr. I wish I could just install one long endless bumper on the sides of the boat.. haha

Well on some personal piers depending on the wind I don't have much choice.

Yah I would say atleast 5k. When I bought my 2004 220sd I had my lift upgraded from 4.5k to 10k lbs just to make sure.

Also what about the Drive Lube area. I see the thing to fill up but there I don't see any lube in there or should I? Ugh this is going to worry me now.
