Gents, I was cruising at 3800 rpm (a distance of about 1 mile) and my alarm went off (steady sound). The Smartcraft read that I was going too fast and alerted me to lower the rpms. I stopped for about 1 minute and resumed again at 3800 to see if the alarm would sound again; it did not. I've...

I noticed an area of my carpet wet, about a step forward of the stairwell. I opened the step, removed the trash can and saw about 1/2 inch of water accumulated at the bottom, where the shower/AC sump box is. The water is light brown, without a smell. I don't believe is raw water. The box was...
BlackJack,
So funny!! I hate that same sand bar. I'm a local guy and have gone aground twice!!! can't trust the GPS. I even stuck my JETSKI once! When I launch from Ft. DeSoto I take it slow out to the gulf and wear my sunglasses to look for the change in colors.

Kendall,
Did you ever install the Lewmar? I'm having a Lewmar Pro-Fish Free Fall installed on my 260 this Monday coming up. I was hoping to see if you like how yours turned out. The two models are somewhat similar.
Thanks, Willie
Bill, you might be referring to The Searayders, Southwest Florida Sea Ray Owner's Club. Here is a link: http://www.searayders.org/3.html.
Good luck and welcome to Club Sea Ray!
Thank you guys. It will be high on my priority list installing it. I don't feel confortable drilling the boat myself. I'll take it in for peace of mind.
