For the outlets, I'd focus on the fuses now. Reminds me of an issue I had earlier this year where everything 12v was working fine and then I lost the cabin lights. Nothing else...just the cabin lights. In my case, the fuse was fine and they still weren't working. I was getting frustrated so...

Forgive my ignorance here, but what are you referring to when you mention the new reed type? And for the depth, that is from the bottom to the lip of the opening minus 1"?
