Looking for a first boat, I have 10-30k I'm willing to spend. Boat will be used in Rhode island waters in Narragansett bay and I would like to be able to take it to block island occasionally. Opinion on size for this type of water would be appreciated. I'm leaning towards 24 feet instead of 27...
