Thanks gentlemen.
I did have a couple screwdrivers and a couple Navionics chips in there.
Back on the lake on Monday with a chance to see if that does the trick.
Like always, a very knowledgeable and helpful group on this forum.
Thanks a million.
To go off topic one more time. Having issues with autopilot tracking properly. Seems like it may be some type of interference regarding the fluxgate compass.
Does anyone know the location of the compass on a 2005 420 DA?
Checked the compartments under the salon floor. No luck.
Thanks and...
Thanks for the offer gents. As I said, a friend of mine came up with one he forgot about from boats past.
All good on that front now.
Much appreciated and regards,
Matt
Found one this past week via a good friend that had one from his 44 that he owned years ago. He suddenly remembered that he had the chart.
All was good.
Did a 120 mile run yesterday and lost the gps fix to both the Navigator and the C120 at about halfway.
On the next thing to figure that out.
I have purchased an update CG card and complete the update. I just got off of the phone with Navionics and they in fact no longer sell the CF’s. However, will sell a CF chart installer that you can use
That would work out great as well and much easier. I did try EBay Facebook and nothing...

That looks like my best way to go.
Purchased a boat from Florida in the past few months and shipped it to Lake Michigan.
Sea Ray, still equipped with a working Raymarine C120 and working Sea Ray Navigator.
I need the CF card for the C120 for Lake Michigan. It appears that US East or North would work, but nothing new to used out...
Thanks a million.
That cross reference worksheet is great. It appears that there are two options for the salon fridge:
Isotherm Cuise 130 Elegance
Dometic CRX 111ou/s
Now to see if one is available.
Regards,
No, it is the salon refrigerator. 12 volt only.
It’s more than possible that I have the incorrect refrigerator regarding the Cruise 49.
Is there a consensus on a particular refrigerator that people are using as a replacement for the original Coolamatic RSD 115?
On to the next project: Salon refrigerator. After reading as much as possible, it appears that the Isotherm Cruise 49 The present unit is toast and is a coolamatic RSD-115.
Has anyone changed out their salon unit with anything that fits without a major headache?
Just ordered the Kicker amp from Crutchfield. Purchased an in line fuse and fuse holder as well.
One additional question. Is the amp presently getting it’s power direct from the battery from the factory?
So, I’m guessing the Clarion APX 480m amp is toast. My knowledge of stereo is below nill. Has anyone on the board found replacement amps that are basically plug and play?
Thanks again
On the boat with an. iPad. For whatever reason, I can’t download the diagram.
However, I found both fuses on the amp blown. I replaced them and the cockpit speakers started working and sounded fine.
That was short lived. They quit in a few minutes and did not return.
Now, when the cabin and...
05 420 DA
To start, I did a search but didn’t come up with the answer.
Tacking one issue at a time. A quick question regarding the factory stereo.
Cabin speakers work fine. I use the cockpit switch on the starboard entry and nothing happening. I did check for power at the switch and have...
A 24 inch TV will fit better than most anything. The cover panel comes off with four screws. You’ll need to take off the back wall off of the cabinet above the microwave to find the power.
The tv screws in place easily. There is a gap of about 1/4 inch on each side. A couple of inches top...
The Vizio 26, reattaching the stock mounting board and a adjustable swivel mount worked great in the MST and rear cabin.
4 screws in front easily removed both stock TV’s.
Now, on to finding a tv that is close in size to the salo television.
FYI, the Glomex does bring in about 30 to 40 channels...
Television removal.
Let me start off by mentioning that I have tried to search this information on the forum with zero success.
I finally got my 2005 DA in the water and tried the TV’s. No picture success via the Glomex.
I would think that these are pre digital signal TV’s and will not work...
