    Remote Oil Filter Location

I also like using the K&N oil filters because of the big nut on the bottom. If you do not have a remote oil filter, the K&N makes tightening the new filter much easier.

    Remote Oil Filter Location

I agree with FC3, wix is an excellent filter. But, amsoil filters are very good too. I personally like to use Valvoline racing oil. Good ole straight 30 weight, you just have to let the motor warm up before you take off. Then again, you should do that no matter what oil you run.

I am going to be adding shore power to my new boat. As you said, just one outlet would make all the difference in the world. I am also going to add a fridge and a battery charger. My fiancee and I are at the point where until we have kids, this boat will meet all our needs. It just needs a...

Should Sea Ray still hold Aquapalooza?

A 310 is the biggest boat at your local aquapalooza?!?!? Wow, you need to head to Algonac Michigan. We usually go all the way to the 600 SD.

It probably isn't remote if you can't find it. I bet it is on the back, port side of the engine.

    215 Express Cruiser

A 225 weekender and a 215 express cruiser might be similar but they are not identical. In 1997 a 5.0 was not an option, only carbureted or fuel injected 350's with different horsepower ratings. Trust me, I know my Sea Rays. See link for reference. I just need to know how noticeable the...

    215 Express Cruiser

Hello all, I have owned a Sea Ray in the past, but life got in the way for a while and I had to sell her. My previous Sea Ray was a 1997 215 Express Cruiser and now that I am getting back into boating I would like the same boat again. I have found a 1998 and a 1999 215 for sale in my area, both...
