Well, now I can officially be a member of the 210 Select "club"! We just paid for our boat today and are looking forward to taking delivery on Thursday!
We did it! We are now proud owners of a 210 Select!
So we just got back from purchasing the 2007 210 Select! We will be picking it up on Thursday! :smt038 :smt038
We are so very excited!! It's a great boat and it will no doubt be pefect for our family.
Any advice on how to keep it in tip...
Tim, actually we did test drive the one with the Bravo 3, which is why we are a little bit concerned, and curious if the steering wheel or something needs to be tightened.
Here is a question for all of you 210 owners. Does the steering wheel feel sort of "loose" when driving? We noticed that the boat we took out last week felt like the steering wheel was loose, especially when we were in the no wake zone and just put-putting around.
Just curious if anyone else...
We sea trialed a Stingray today. When we were at the boat show, we really liked the looks of the boat, they really have clean lines and look real nice so we thought we would try them out.
Needless to say, my hands are still vibrating from the ride...LOL! There are things that impressed us...
Tim,
Sounds like you and I are in the same boat (sorry couldn't resist)
We are going through the same process with the 2007 210 for the exact same reasons you listed.
Let me clarify that I was saying that 40% off MSRP (or more) sounded like a good deal for the 230 Select.
Let me know what...
I just wanted to say thank you to everyone for all of your responses. Your input has proven to be very helpful! We're really glad we found this site.
We are getting closer and closer to a decision, and if you see me back here, you'll know why.
Thank you again everyone, we truly...
Mike,
Thank you for posting your personal experience with Jason. I think it was just the initial contact that wasn't the best. Maybe he was nervous in the beginning because he hasn't been on the sales side of things very long
That being said, he was great on our sea trial. Much more...
Sorry to sound like such a newbie once again but could you expand on this a little bit? And why it would need to be changed in 2 years time with only 5 hours on the water?
dp, I have to say that I have no clue. All we know about the engine is that it is a 350 MAG MPI BR3 Mercruiser :huh...
Thanks! Frank has some great pointers.
And just so I have some piece of mind, 5 hours on a 2007 boat is nothing right?? I'm sure we put 1 hour on it just from our test drive alone.
tim,
we are currently looking pretty hard at a NEW 2007 210 Select from our local Sea Ray Dealer. Not sure if it helps at all but it is pretty loaded with the 350 MAG MPI BR3, the tower with bimini and wakeboard racks, beach boarding ladder, bow filler cushions and the cockpit ocver w/tonneau...
