During the survey it was discovered while performing sounding on the deck that there is delamination / fracture of the coring in the anchor locker next to the hawse pipe. Anybody have experience with such an issue? How big a problem is this and any ideas on cost to repair? I have not received...

Nice observation! I had not even asked myself the question why all those components and upholstery would need to be replaced at the exact same time. Seller did not disclose any significant event or hurricane, but certainly doesn't meant it didn't happened. This may also explain the $90K price...
