I have a set of heads for a Chevy 350 off a 260 merc. Heads are cleaned, tested. and in great shape. they're collecting dust in my garage. I have a new engine and these came off an old engine. Engine was trash but aparently somone had put new heads on it. Anyone interested?

What Sea Ray show is the water pump is located in the engine space and the water is piped to the condenser under the cabin dinette seat. That's the hole I have to drill and it scares me to take a drill to anything in my boat

:smt100I found teac tambor door material. My 87 268 had all the cabinet doors damaged by water. I've gotten the old paper material off the doors. Could somebody suggest a marine adhesive that will glue the teac back to the doors with out destroying the teac?:smt021

I'm trying to figure out by these plans how to get the water supply line to the condensing unit. I looked at mine and saw what your talking about. Mine has the water tank mounted port side forward on the ledge along side the fuel tank.The power and discharge hose for the forward bilge pump run...

What I'm talking about is how to get the lines from the pump in the stern to the condensing unit. Is your thru hull, pump and condensing unit all together? in the cabinet under the dinette seat?

I'm going to put an A/C system on my 87 268da. Sea Ray plans show drillin a couple holes in the stringer in the aft of the eng. compartment. I think I saw a work in progress picture and tha area outside the stringer was filled with foam. Is that normally how they were built? :smt100

I bought my 268 off Ebay. I have the signed title from the seller. Florida is giving me fits because it was from florida, taken to Georgia, then back to Florida. They want it registered in every state. This is turning into a nighmare.:smt021

I found the control console for my 87's search/flood light on ebay. The entire control in the wrapper for $68. I've seen the whole light there for about the same.
