2012 450 Sundancer, need to replace one of the S/T round end knobs where the chrome plating has worn off and will scratch your hand.
I've looked on line but can't seem to find a source. If I can't I'll have to get both of the replated at a metals shop somewhere.
Thanks
I have a 2012 Sea Ray 450 Express. The ACR spotlight on the bow, Model RCL-100D, intermittently works. The keypad at the helm beeps when I push the rotation wheel or the on/off button but the light doesn't come on or move. I know there is a controller between the keypad and light but don't know...
There are 2 banks with 2 batteries the same size in each bank, see below.
We do have an Onan 11.5 generator.
Reason for all the questions is that my port engine would not turn over and I had to hold down the battery parallel switch to start it so I'm thinking that one of the batteries in the...
Is that because you only replaced the rubber? The blade I priced was for the actual arm that holds the rubber with rubber blade included. Can you actually slip the rubber part out and only replace that?
This may be a silly question but I have 4 batteries on the boat. My manual only tells me what the replacement model/size I should replace with. It doesn't tell me what each battery is for. I have 2 gauges on the dash indicating the charge level of 2 of the batteries, assume these are for the 2...
I need to replace the blades, 31”, not sure if these are the original ones but looks like they are connected by a bolt and screw. Anyone know of a source?
Thanks for the reply Mitch. Just so I know what to look for, the page you reference is for a Euro boat, not sure if mine is Euro or Australian or if it even matters, but am I just looking for a receptacle with a GFI reset button on it or am I looking for something hidden behind a panel?
2012 450 Sundancer, the electrical outlets on the port side only in the galley, media room and forward stateroom all don’t work. I can’t find a GFI trip button anywhere but think there must be one somewhere. No breakers are tripped. Any ideas?
I have a 2012 450 Sundancer with twin Cummins 380 diesels. My mercruiser vessel view display module at the helm indicates 282 hours on the generator while the display on the actual generator shows 326 hours? I thought these should read the same. Is this common? Is it due to running the generator...
I'm guessing I have some type of small leak because frequently when I'm in the ER I hear a small motor cycling periodically and note that when I turn off the "head breaker" at my panel that the noise stops so maybe it's cycling to try to maintain the vacuum??? I'll do some tests next weekend...
Thanks Shaps. Doesn't look like "light" reading but does seem to be the source for the info. Many thanks and now to find the vacuum pump and see if there is a leak.
