I have a 2005 390 Dancer. Over the last 7 days 2 of the door handle have broken. I believe it is some sort of spring that broke. Have anyone tried fixing one of these or do I need to replace the whole dood handle unit. If so where do I get these?
I disconnected the supply line from the heater and connected it directly to the hot water connection on the manifold, therefore bypassing the heater. After winterizing, I reconnected the line to the heater and flushed it with antifreeze. Ready for winter.
Thanks for your input.
I do not have the cold water branch off before the heater. One major line into the heater, one blue and one red out to the distribution panel respectively.
I will go to one of the plumbing places and get a temporary custom bypass that I can use and when done remove.
Thanks to all for providing...
I ordered this one. Camco 35963 RV 12" Supreme Permanent By-Pass Kit for 10 Gallon Tank, Freshwater Systems - Amazon Canada. I returned that one.
In our climate, I prefer putting the pink stuff in to prevent freezing.
I looked at the heater again and I think I need to put a bypass valve at the...
Has anyone installed a bypass for the heater on a 2005 390?
I order a bypass kit from Amazon (Camco), but could not figure out how to install it.
Seems like I would need several other connectors.
I know it is an old thread, but if anyone can tell me how to access the port wiper motor please. The starbord side is easy. It is behind the round speaker cover.
Thanks
When checking out water system after the winter, I found that there was a large leak from the seperate shower. It was draining inside the wall, down to the bilge under the living room. Is there way to shut off the water to the shower only and then also have water to other systems on board? I...
Yes I have 2 transducers. They are connected together to my new adapter which in turn is connected to the Axiom. One is a speed/temp transducer(ST600 or 800) and the second I presume is depth. I cannot find a label, but is only has 3 pins. The system says it cannot find a data source.
Yes that was my exact setup.
I finally received the Raymarine A80489 adapter cable. After the winter I will install it and see if it solves my problem.
Thanks all for the advice.
The 1st pic is a Y cable that connects to the DSM300 the second pic is the Temp/speed transducer cable. The last pic is the depth transducer cable. Those 2 are connected to the Y cable. I cannot find a cable that has the 7 pin male configuration in order to connect the y cable to the Axiom
I was reading your post regarding connecting a DSM300 to a Axiom12RV. Could you please advise what connector was used to do that I have a similar issue in that I removed my E120 and replaced it with the Axiom. As a result I lost my depth/speed and Temp readings.
Thanks
