    New Steering Wheel

I’ve search for over a year for a steering wheel. I found a few I like, but I just couldn’t pull the trigger. I seen this one on eBay and I couldn’t be happier. Very well-made from stainless steel and hand sewn leather and at $85 I couldn’t pass it up!

Alarm coming from under helm station

My 310 acted that way when the rear bilge failed and was not working. I had a drip less seal that was leaking while underway (fixed now) bilge filled with water when in the no wake zone and when we accelerated the water rushed to the rear activating the midship bilge pump.

Kohler 5 ECD generator help please

DrPringle is correct, I had the same codes and similar symptoms as you after a high pressure pump install. Turned out to be the fuel injector. The injector can be cleaned with a good carburetor cleaner, compressed air and a 12 volt supply. (web search)

    Aft Bilge Pump issues

I had a similar issue with my 07 310. I found my helm bilge switch or EIM was activating (blue light on) the bilge pump and it ran until the pump failed. I replaced 2 pumps and 2 float switches until I figured it out. (My boat has the soft touch pad switches that are known to fail) Now, when...

    Extended Mercruiser flush ports

Extended my flush ports to my rear electrical cable storage area. My boat is in a slip 365 and sometimes is not used for a month or 2. Thought I would flush with Salt Away or some other product while not using. I’m not planning on closing the sea cock as it’s a pain to reach. Fresh water and...

    07 310 sundancer cieling sag

Thanks Kevin, it’s definitely the plywood board that is sagging. The problem area is directly above the sink near the track system for the front birth section and near the skylight. I will try and gain access to it and see what’s up there. thanks for the replay LK3

    07 310 sundancer cieling sag

It sure seems like the vinyl ceiling material has foam behind it and then a rigid backing. I’m thinking this could be screwed to plywood fiberglassed into the decking.. just my thoughts Also. From what I can see there’s NO moisture anywhere

My ceiling is sagging on the port side near the skylight over the galley sink. Where are the fasteners that hold it up and what do they fasten to?

    Autopilot next on the list

Look at the Garmin website and find the diagram for the hydraulic lines and connections. It’s rather simple but, if you don’t understand it, it’s best to have a professional do it.

    Autopilot next on the list

Any ORB T is really just a 3/8 compression T that can be purchased at any hardware store. I do t recommend using brass on the Helm.
