Anybody have experience removing the 350 DA cockpit fridge? I need to pull my refrigerator for repair but this panel is in the way. Removed the lower trim screws but it is still solid. I suspect the trim piece has screws from above but I don't understand how the counter top is mounted. Is it...
Update for anyone watching. The ceiling panels seem to be glued in. Sea Ray told me they run all wiring along the gunwales, which would require two new holes in the anchor locker. I ended up being able to follow the a/c ducting from the electrical panel to the a/c unit under the forward bed then...
Hey guys, I have an air temperature probe installed on my helm next to the VHF that looks factory installed on a ‘14 350 DA. Does anyone know what it feeds or if I can see a display anywhere?
Just trying to run a wire from the port side electronic panel to the helm on my ‘14 350DA. I have the tv and all the access panels out and it doesn’t seem to have any access conduit. Wires go all the way around the bow but I can’t access any of the bulkheads to drill new holes following those...
Replacing the stereo in my 2014 350 DA. Can anyone tell me where the conduit openings are between the electronics panel and the helm? Looks to me I will have to remove the tv and I think it might be to the left, or is it on the outboard side. Difficult to see under the helm as well, if anyone...
Ok, you guys helped me get this new to us ‘14 350. I’m told it isn’t real till pic are posted. Here ya go. If your in the Clearwater, Fl area, would be great to learn from more experienced folks. Touch base here or look for us on the water.
Replacing is a little overkill for a small piece of trim that just had the glue fail. It’s off a 2014, I doubt I could find a matching replacement. To replace all the gages just to match would be crazy.
Hey to the all knowing Sea Ray owners on the forum, I seek your infinite wisdom once again. I have two gages that have the needle caps coming loose or falling off. Has anyone taken apart the gage to access the face where I might be able to simply re-glue the caps and if you have, any suggestions...
Surveyor says showing some signs of low time use but overall looking good with minor issues ( old weak batteries, some corroded wire connections, etc. Systems survey and final sea trial next week which I will be able to attend. Any advice on things notorious on Sea Rays to look for?
Cant get to one plug port side port engine hidden under manifold. less than two inches between manifold and holding tank. At least I know about the problem.
Thanks, I agree with the potential concern. I have a representative attending and am getting video updates so my confidence is high. Hopefully the remainder continues to go well and I can post as a “proud new owner” in a week or two.
Well he came back today (probably with the correct tools) had them out in short order. Compression check accomplished and good numbers. On to the other motor and the remainder of the survey.
Still premature on the report but he mentioned he felt sea water was coming out the weep hole on the raw...
Greetings Sea Ray enthusiasts.
I am having a pre purchase engine survey accomplished that will now be going into the second day. Two hours this morning to find why the power lift wouldn't work, corroded wire behind switch. The two surveyors spent the remainder of the day trying the get spark...
I was researching this very problem as I’m having a survey performed and the first thing was to open the engine hatch. Hit the switch and nothing. Power good on all batteries, battery switch on, shore power on- no lift. Kind of put a damper on the survey to say the least. Won’t go into all the...
