I just talked to the tech at the marina the other day. They just did heads on an 8.1 with 2500 hours. He said blocks were in perfect conditio. It all depends on maintenance done.

Doesn’t look like prop froze to me. In fact the ship accelerated before hitting bridge support. Lots of conjecture and will take time to analyze the black box. Not to be a conspiracy theorist but what if it was done on purpose? I think they would be able to figure that out.
I get it and did the same thing. However when you crank the throttle you won’t want to be sitting high on the tube. I was on my knees and only had it at WOT for like a minute and it was very exhilarating to say the least. :cool:
