It is a Lake in central Alabama about 30 minutes east of Birminham along the Coosa river. It was created by a power company dam. Has about 250 miles of shore line.

Well , had my impellar replaced and went out today for the first time since having it replaced. Today I ran the engine on plane at about 3000 rpm @ 25 MPH. Temp rose and approached 200. Same problem I had before. I stopped let it cool down and took it back to the marina. Runs cool at low rpm...

Having my impeller and housing replaced next week. Will let you know if that solves my Probem. By the way, I am no longer at Lake Guntersville. Moved it to Logan Martin Lake. Have a new grandson (first) so I moved it closer to home. Don't have time for the 2 hour (1 way)drive anymore.
