Hi after returning to the dock (I had vacuumed any water from the engine compartment before I left so it was completely dry) there’s some accumulation of water. Probably an inch or so. I ran the boat at 20 knots for 1/2 hour or so. Is this normal? If not what could be the cause? Thanks.

Yes at cold start 100% of the time need to advance throttle to neutral to start

Cold. Starts 60-70% of the time after running/shutting and starting again

Mercruiser oem IAC. That’s not the issue. Boat runs and idles perfectly

Yep still haven’t figured it out. Changed that small filter as well

Hi all, so I have a 2003 mercruiser 5.0. The motor turns over but doesn’t start. Once I put it in forward and give it some gas it then starts. I’ve changed the IAC and cleaned the flame arrestor. Any suggestions on what to do to diagnose Thanks.

Hi All. 2003 Sea Ray 260DA. Currently have Bravo 3 that’s on its last leg. My mechanic suggested getting a Bravo 1 to replace. Says maneuvering may be a bit tougher but cost difference is significant. Anyone make that change? If so do you recommend? Thanks.
