I have that limber drain hole same place. And, residual standing water, not much, drained to the fwd sump below 3rd SR steps on proceeding to plane. Also, my heater sits in a different config. The connections face starboard and the heater is more aft of yours pictured. I should have taken an...

So, I have a potable water leak as evidenced by the pump engaging every 8-10 minutes for a brief second. Checked every faucet, examined bilge, nothing until beneath water heater a puddle. Checked all the external fittings. Have to take the cover off and peer inside for either a fitting or...

Nicely kept. Might be somewhat underpriced but no dinghy. I still like my 3sr better, particularly with so much counter space from fridge to salon door. But, the dinette is only seating. No couches. W/D would go in 3rd sr cabinet but we've opted not to have one. We don't miss having one.

I have a Charles C-Power Isoboost 50, isolation transformer. It is mounted right in front of the generator on a stand to enable crawling under it to access the seacocks and bilge pumps beneath the genset. It's pretty big. Have to lay on top of it backwards to get my legs down into port, aft...

I have an accumulator at my potable pumps. Wondering if another exists at the water heater(?).

I'm interested in this Toba unit. Does this replace the Sea Ray systems monitor. All I ever see is "All Systems Normal" unless my foward bilge pump activates occasionally, in the grey water overflow sump. Toba isn't NMEA, is the Sea Ray monitor? Would be nice to see more detail of every...

Incidentally, spotted a 450 EB at Fisherman's Warf Marina, Venice, Fl as I cruised on by. Had a faded blue bridge Bimini. Pretty sure it had a brokers sign hanging from the bow rail.

Does this unit display multiple temp sensors? I always wonder if I should have more than the one temp gauge at helm. Such as exhaust temp, turbo temp, v-drive oil temp.

Discovery of Stbd rudder flange leak occurred on the hard when resident bilge water was seen dripping out. Wiping away the flange and rudder post revealed water coming out at the flange not the post. Couple experienced guys took a look and recommended removal and reseal. Decided to do both...

Fantastic. Makes my next ER inspection to include a close look at shaft logs and raw water line. Double clamped log, had one clamp bust a year ago. Haven't had leaks but I inspect as much as possible after each use. Looking for water, oil, coolant, fuel and busted clamps. The only water...

Terrific decor and yeah, quite a gang! I have a short video, 34sec of our Club boat lighting dock party I'll try to upload. My boat doesn't hold a candle to yours. Video too many mb to upload it says, but here's a pic.

Tks! Will check it out. Sounds like a simple unit. Boat is idle usually for 3-5 weeks between our 1-2 week stays aboard. My salon Dometic A/C unit has a dehumidify function I set for while away. Hardest part of departing is defrosting/emptying Fridge and leaving ajar. We take home whatever...

Thank you! Never paid much attention to my Racors but ask my yacht mgr periodically. He keeps eye on em, allegedly. Filters were changed last month. And, I have always thought as much about valving to a single for the great reasons you point out. Apparently I've got algae and sludge in the...

PostScript on fuel polishing/tanks cleaning. Refueled 90 gal/tank to full. Ran 40 miles Friday, then 50 miles Sunday. Ft. Meyers/Naples/Captiva. No noticeable fuel supply issues. Was suggested to run her a while after cleaning and before servicing/rebuilding Racors. Admittedly I was leary...

Tank polisher took pics of his filters. He used 4 each tank. The square ones he said were cut and laid out. Access was thru sender flange but I didn't replace with new but should have. Correct on no deck plate access but he said was manageable above the tanks. Also noted that install of...

My boat has the short legs, found em port side drop-down cabinet at middle of the fwd master berth. They had slid aft inside, couldn't see em at first. 10" long, tapered ends. Set up dinette as a berth once to know how but never used it with our 3sr model.
