Re: aft berth
Correct, I was talking about the aft cabin berth. I realized after re-reading my post that I put aft berth in the subject, but in the post I just said berth. Sorry.
They way you do the cushions is the way that made the most sense to me. How much lip do you have on both sides...
aft berth
Ok..I am hoping some other 320 owners can help me out here.
1. How do you put the cushions to form the berth? There are three removable cushions right? One that is normally part of the couch, one from the back rest and one from the side. Do you put the two small cushions down...
Hey thanks for tips...it worked like a charm!!! I found that my hosed was glued on as well as the clamps. But I loosened the glue with my screwdriver and got the hose off (the input hose to the pump). I then open up the sea cock and waited for the water to come out and immediately put the hose...
Last weekend our A/C shutoff with the "HI - P5" error. This has happened in the past and was not a big deal. I opened up the strainer and it was full of gunk and small sticks. I cleaned it out and put it all back together.
We have been told that once you open up the strainer you need to...
They are saying that floodgates on Lake Travis will need to stay open at full operation for WEEKS to come. Lake Travis is also officially closed to boats. So it looks like we won't be able to get out on the lake for a while.
Of course I also have to be able to get to my boat. I hear that I...
I did get a new receiver installed by my dealer (one that was an update from Clarion), which eliminated the problem. I can now start the engine with the Sirius on and it comes right back.
Welcome aboard to CSR and Sea Ray boats Graham! My wife and I are both graduates of Texas Tech so a great big "Guns Up" to you as well!
Are you going to use your boat at Buffalo Springs?
Well...I can only tell you where my game port is. But since you don't have the forward (standard) tv I think that might be part of your problem.
My game port is right around the corner from the standard tv. On the port side facing the v berth. It is basically in the same place as the A/C...
I think the helm button is a safety thing so you can quickly turn the sound off if you need to. I just leave the stereo on all the time and turn it on and off with the helm button. Since (it appears) that I have to be in the cockpit to listen to that stereo anyway it is not a big deal.
On the...
Ok just to be clear...
There is no breaker for the stereo in the breaker panel inside the cabin. There is spot where it labeled but there is no breaker there, it is blank.
I do have the "speaker" button at the helm that has to be pushed (to turn on the amp) to hear the 4 speakers in the...
Hmm yeah...I don't have a stereo amp breaker. I am starting to think that they are wired as two completely separate systems (cabin and cockpit) which is lame! I want to listen to sirius in the cabin! :smt089
cabin stereo?
I have the "premium" upgraded stereo in the cockpit of the 320. I also have it down in the cabin. The cabin speakers seem to be hooked up to the DVD player which will also play CDs and the radio.
The cockpit speakers are hooked to the Clarion receiver in the breaker panel. Is...
Strange...I posted an answer to BrentJones' question and now it seems to be gone.
Yes, I wash the boat with the dock water and yes it gets it clean. The biggest problem is with the hard water spots. But all water, including city water is hard so can't really get around that.
The other...
Thanks for the advice guys! I decided to not put the water from the dock in the fresh water tank. Instead I got water from the fuel dock that is hooked up to city water. I also talked to the manager who said it was ok to come anytime (even after hours) to fill up with water as the hose is right...
I have had the same exact problem on my 320. It took me a while to figure out that it had to do with turning the ignition on while the sirius was on. I have even sent this problem to my dealer.
All other stereo functions (radio, cd, cd changer, aux) come back after starting the ignition but...
Unlike most marinas on my lake, mine gets their fresh water directly from the lake. If I don't plan on ever drinking or cooking with the water, would it hurt anything to fill my fresh water tank with the water from my dock?
I might possibly put in a couple cap fulls of bleach to kill any...
