I'm in the process of replacing the lower shift cable on my Alpha 1 Gen 2 outdrive. I have about 95% of the cable pulled out and the remainder will not come out. I can see the tape I put on the cable holding a drag wire but it will not come out. Does anyone have an idea as to why this is hanging...

Just saw this. I went with Merc Cruiser. I replaced the starboard engine risers and manifolds in 2017 and the port engine risers and manifolds in 2018. I'm planning to remove and inspect both engines this coming spring. Glenn

Thanks Risingson, I checked out model 11811 but I noticed the input voltage was 50 Hz 120 V. Shouldn't it be 60Hz 120V?

Went to turn on the A.C. Unit and when I turned on the switch, nothing happened. My question is, is the switch a circuit breaker or is there another breaker in the circuit. Thanks Glenn

I have 3 wet cell power master heavy duty dual purpose batteries.

I also have the same unit that went bad. I was recommended to get the model 63120 charger. Is it possible they recommended the wrong unit? Glenn

I just received a reply from ProMariner as my battery charger is giving me trouble and they quoted me the model 1220P #63120. This is for a 3 bank system. The instruction manual shows a 2 bank unit as a 1210P #63110. Hope this helps. Glenn

I had this breaker pop today on my charger. I this an indication that the output for battery two (2) is bad? Is there any testing I can do to check this out? I believe this is the original charger that came with the boat. Thanks Thanks for any info. Glenn

UPDATE: Was looking for reason why my starboard engine wouldn't start after a 30 minute run and thought it had something to due with the oil pressure switch keeping the fuel pump from working. Well, it turns out the problem was the ECT sensor. This sensor was telling the ECM that the engine was...
