I have a 2008 340 Sundancer and the port engine (8.1 inboard) at idle speed goes into alarm and safe mode about 3 minutes after started. Engine is not up to temp yet. The readout states system fault but nothing specific. Could this be a water flow sensor failure or maybe an impeller?

I have a 2008, 340 Sundancer. During a rain the carpet just to the right of the starboard side hanging closet gets soaked. I have torn apart everything detachable in the closet, looked at all the through hull fittings and cannot locate water. The front of the closet carpet gets wet also but...
