Can't say i ever had a problem with grease. That unit has a nice tray underneath and empty's real easy.
I have a 2021 CL360 with FCT7 center console package. Absolutely perfect fit for that boat and give it 5 star rating.
Weight is 260# (boat only)
25hp motor is 165#
I looked into many of the grill options you state and this one was what I chose. It also rides well when in rough seas and clears the cover when installed. I love it.
Wow, I did that on my 340. What was the noticeable difference with these? I can fabricate those in my shop pretty quickly. I am presuming you are using Stainless?
Thanks, good to know. Seems to be how I run mine as well. Never find myself running less than about 50% as there is not much difference in fuel savings and don't like running with bow that far up.
Now I just reminded myself to do that helm seat riser project.
That is just about exactly what my boat does. Just had the props redone and I believe i had them done to your specs i found in an earlier thread. How do you run? Tabs down 75% ish?
"Front Vent Window and Hardtop Tilt Window weather-stripping"
(pretty sure they are the same)
Anyone have any lucking finding those?
I have searched everywhere and only found alternatives to OEM design.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
I thought the same when I was purchasing my 48. Those window and roof vents do their job once she is in gear and for the occasional prevailing winds running the Genset is not a problem. We moved from a 340 to this 480 and I am still pinching myself 2 years later. Best purchase ever made.
Help I am in need of some expertise. Started my run home today and upon start up port exhaust was exiting thru bottom of boat with some flow thru side exhaust outlet. Checked flow from inlet and strainers. Checked impeller and looked good. Took out for a quick spin and seemed fine with normal...
I shipped mine from Nashville to Michigan and had only the cockpit shrunk wrapped. Used a fantastic shipping company that disassembled the radar arch and re-assembled it when it arrived. I believe the cost was around 11K.
