    500/520 DB official thread

I would just pull the switch out and look at the part number. It's probably a very common item on internet.

How I fixed my cycling Vacu flush

Also, for those of you watching this thread, don't ever disassemble that sprint cartridge. Mine was an older model and while I got it back together, it was quite difficult.

How I fixed my cycling Vacu flush

I had a leak in one of mine (real nasty due to clamp fail) but ended up doing both pumps. I took them out, soaked in sew clean, put back together with same parts. All duckbills replaced, but yes, there was an additional one coming off the captains head. So I just picked the best of the 5 that...

    Raypilot 650 Manual

I have the factory owners manual for the RayPilot 650 if anyone wants it. In very good condition. I guess the previous owner put in a new autopilot in 2006 so this must have been what was in the boat.

Stephen, while 2 years late I didn’t see any replies. There is a knob on your dash that only works when the nav lights are turned on. Hopefully this helps.

    Vacuflush toilet cycles every 2 to 3 hours - 1998 Sundancer 290

If you’ve replaced the seal, Remove the valve body on side, and clean that plunger. Also, clean the screen located in the housing. I just both of mine this week and they had chunks of calcium deposits. Max flow now on flushes. You can lube the spring cartridge through a couple of holes. Do not...

Wiper Fluid motor and squirter access

Update: I didn’t need to ream holes. Access to port squirter above speaker box port side (removed speaker cover with blunt kitchen knife), center squirter behind panel (center dash, easy access), STBD unfortunately needed to take some staples out of headliner. Squirter is just forward of stbd...

There is a connection at the front of the engine. Make sure that isn’t boogeredup as well. On mine, the waterproof gasket had slipped and was interfering with the pin. It’s just a little 4 pin connector, probably right near top transmission Can you take the cluster apart and replace just the gauge?

Wiper Fluid motor and squirter access

Okay...On my 500 DA, the wiper fluid solenoid is located behind an access panel under the galley sink. This weekend I’ll have to ream out holes to grab the hoses and reconnect to squirters cuz those are all above the headliner and not accessible.

I'm bringing down my videoscope and check it out. Thanks for the suggestions. I'll keep all posted as well.

Wiper Fluid motor and squirter access

I need to pull the headliner down I think to access the hoses that connect to the fluid "dispensers" forward of the windshield. Any thoughts on that? Also the motor that pulls the water from the tank? I'm guessing it's up above the headliner, but damned if I know how to get the headliner down...

    stereo replacement

Hi All, I thought I'd update this. I got them out using a kitchen knife. Just go straight up with something narrow and thin and then pry only to find out there weren't any speakers in there. Be gentle now...
