The bolts are rusted so bad that a 9/16 wrench will not even attempt to turn the bolt before slipping. I also tried a professional grade extractor. A professional marine mechanic may get it done. It would be interesting to see how they would approach this tast.

Thank you Stray current. I was just going to drill the head of the bolt but grinding maybe a better option considering there is no concern about the manifold. Access to the Center two manifolds still seems to be a challenge.

when I winterized our 2000 340 this year I had the antifreeze run out onto the ground around the shaft. The port side was leaking considerably more than the starboard. Is this a issue with the drip less seal. If so do I need to pull the motors to fix it. Thank you for any input on this. Slow boat

Our vacuum flush is not picking up water It sound like it is trying. I am assuming the flush draws water from the lake and not from the water holding tank. Also is there anything different that has to be done at pump out compared to a regular heads.
