Has anyone repowered there boat? I need to pull the port motor I was woundering if it can be pulled without removing the entire hatch. I was thinking of disconnecting from the rams and pulling it all the way forward, if that would allow enough room to pull the motor?

The alarm you heard was most likely the O2 sensor in the front port side of the cabin, if you have low DC voltage coming from your batteries that alarm will sound and wont stop until the batteries are dead for voltage is restored. Which makes sense that you couldn't start voltage was low.
