2005 Sea Ray 240- last year FM/AM radio and remote worked. This year the radio will turn on but can't change the channel, mute, or volume up/down from the radio or remote. Anyone else have this issue or suggestion where to start to fix it?

Update: Trim works fine as long as it's not taken all the way to 24 on trim. At 23, works fine but 24 it sticks and won't go down. Any clue why?

Strangest issue: I found out that it's not the fluid bc the fluid will show low while the outdrive is up. Makes sense bc the fluid is in the cylinders. Here's the update. I drain the fluid to get the outdrive down. Tried again from the throttle and no results. Went to the trailer trim and...
