I’m sure it’s been covered somewhere here, but is there a simple method of removing coffee maker from the 450 (galley to port). Found the screw on the left side inside the glass jug cavity, but something on the right is stopping it from coming out. Thanks
Does anyone know if the light switch covers throughout the 450 are still available? Looking at swapping all out as well as cabinet push locks for chrome coloured.
Looks fantastic. So what is the exact name of the product and where did you purchase. Presuming it’s not the EVA foam type as that is the peel and stick as previously mentioned.
Does anyone know where to obtain a rub rail end cap for the 450? Recently lost one and need to replace. Have see a few post here on CSR but mostly are for the shorter version, the 450 has the longer one, are they still available?
Thanks Frank, yes know about that access and have this, but need to get in further than just that. Ultimately remove all three stairs tops for closer inspection. Cant see any screws, so presuming they are glued down. Do you know?
Does anyone know how to remove the top of each of the stairs leading down into the cabin? Are they screwed or glued? Would like to gain decent access to the vacuum until under the second step and plumbing/wiring beneath.
Does anyone with a 450DA have or had a soft area where you step down from the helm station area onto the cockpit floor directly below and adjacent to where the aft cabin sliding window is, just aft of the entrance way down into the cabin. When stepping down onto or walking across ours seems...
Okay, so today I have the dreaded 3116 no start issue. Engine will crank but no sound of the fuel solenoid clicking in when start switch turned on. It has been playing up for a week now, 2 days after giving issues all week it started first time no problem. Earlier in the week wasn’t starting but...
Have a Groco reverso pump system and while completing oil service yesterday the plastic hose fitting that threads onto the outlet/inlet of the pump cracked guessing from age. Took to several places today to replace and can’t find replacement with the same thread. Being based in New Zealand we...
Thanks Frank. It was a brand new tides system compete, so therefore I am presuming they relocated on the original location or a previous one. Hopefully they can find an unscored area.
Thanks all. And I am correct in saying that the only other fuel filter (secondary), is the little filter by the lift pump, PN 30200, no other fuel filters?
Doing first service since ownership of the genset Racor 500ma. Don’t have a spare to refer to so don’t know whats it’s currently running, 2 or 10 micron. Would like to buy in first prior to servicing. Can anyone advise what size they using. I am thinking 2.
Look forward to seeing and hearing the progress reports. Just done a shaft seal on our port after a slow leak got worse. Complete new Tides as the old appeared to be original. Not particularly happy as still leaking very slowly when underway only. Mechanic addressing in a couple of weeks...
