Fixed by Mechanic. They said the heat exchanger was full of mud. They used a hose to flush it out. Took about 25 minutes in total. Engine temps are back to normal.

My 2013 SeaRay 30 foot Bowrider with V8 8.2 liter has developed a delay going into forward of about 4 seconds. Just starting recently. Reverse is fine.

What should be the standard engine temperature when running? I am showing 172...174 if I can going all out...170 if idiling or going slow.
Sometimes If I go from a running speed to stop, engine climbs to 177 and then backs down...
2013 with Original Water pump. Boat only has about 120 hours.
