Thanks for all the input. I dont know if the toilet works or not. Got the boat 2 months ago and haven't used it, nor did previous owner. As is, we throw towels, shoes, snacks...etc. inside there. We do have plastic bins under the helm with tools, extra ropes and stuff that I don't use often...

I've searched for conversations regarding converting the head on a 240SD into a storage room with shelving and haven't found anything. Has anyone ever done this? If so, do you have any advice?
