    Pray, or wish for luck!

I'm not in a flood zone, have a good distance from one. I am 28 miles from the coast and have a chance of seeing both walls of the eye.

    Pray, or wish for luck!

My project 85 '230 Weekender is stuck on a trailer outside the house. Pray for my family and I as we sit out this storm just 28 miles from the coast. If you're not into praying, just wish us luck then!!

    Cabin door rollers

Id definitely try to get a patent, or something on this. Then you can either outsource the manufacturing, or just do them at your leisure! Definitely a small income boost for you if you're up to the orders from this forum alone. (Not me, I dont have those. Yet I still give a pat on the back when...

    What's this?

That black hose is running aft to my fresh water tank. The other side is the starboard side and it has the bathroom. The cooler hose has been removed with the rest of the galley. I just want to know where else this hole may be collecting water? I would like to remove the bilge and open that area...

    What's this?

Ducky, two of them exit the hull. The black hose exiting next to the white hose is the drain line for the sink. The white hose is for the bilge pump in the hole on the bottom. The other black hose is my fresh water supply from the tank in the engine compartment. Lazy, the cooler hose has been...

    What's this?

Tore out the galley yesterday and found this. The cooler had what appeared to be a drain tube leading down into the hole. There's obviously a bulge pump down there. The black hose is the sink drain. I mean obviously it's an area that collects water, but from where? Can I turn this into storage...

    85 230 Weekender

Some tear down progress photos. I can't wait to get the toilet room taken out. Then it's time to start sanding the existing glass smooth for painting.

    Seats and a Radar Arch

I just replied to the private message. Yeah after realizing that the seats that came with he boat turn into beds I've decided to keep them. Just going to build a different base for them. The slide out foot stools are great, but a waste of space. I'm going to figure out how to integrate some type...

    Help with dinette table base

Yeah. The boat was stolen about a year ago. The previous owner got it back after it was found abandoned in a very wet woodlands area. Luckily everything is structurally sound down there in the cabin.

    Seats and a Radar Arch

Thanks for the reply. My boat has a ton of work ahead. Redoing the cabin, and main deck flooring. It was given to me and ran no more than a year ago, believe or not!! I am going to focus on everything else before attempting to build or buying an arch. I like the styling of the fiberglass arches...

    Seats and a Radar Arch

1985 230 Weekender is my boat. I am wanting to get rid of the double seats that are on the port and starboard sides. Im looking at trying to go with a seat that is height adjustable, pedestal type base. I saw on another person post within this forum a beautiful idea and set up, and was...

    Help with dinette table base

Im not sure how much help I will be, but I have an 85 230 Weekender. The table base is mostly "in" the floor, but has the main mounting structure sticking up above floor level. Are you happy with the linoleum flooring the previous owner put in? If not, Id say pull that stuff up. Just my opinion...

    OMC 5.0L GM 305

I have tried, unsuccessfully, to search the forums. I used both the search function and went page by page for about 16 pages. I have a 1985 230 Weekender. I was able to get the original manuals that came with the boat, and I have been able to identify the motor, to an extent. On one of the...

    85 Weekender Cabin Drain

Well thats great. Because there was a good amount of water that came from that one tiny hole. I plan on starting the removal of all the cockpit seating and decking soon. I also plan on removing the fuel tank, and the engine. Perhaps I need to go ahead and do some exploratory cuts. I will check...

    85 Weekender Cabin Drain

As of right now it was getting a lot of water due to the poor storage conditions. I have since changed that, and ensured that there is a much smaller chance of water getting down there.

    1986 300 Weekender and 300 Sundancer Manual

If you come across an 85 230 Weekender I'd love for you to send that to me. I downloaded the copy of SR website, but they copied it poorly.
