Sorry to open up a REALLY old thread but most people don't run the kind of stereo draw that I do so you are one of the few that can comment.
I'm running closer to 8,000 Watts... How did the house batteries react to the 6v cart batteries? I wanted to run the AGM cell batteries for my house...
Runs fine on a bench prior to install and runs fine with the jumper wire which is the way I have to start it and stop it at the moment. Its a complete pain in the ass frankly.
I have that diagram and the one for a 450DA with the monoplex in it. These are the wires that came on the terminal strip. These are the wires I have. It ran before pulling it (and blowing it up). If anyone has my identical boat, I just a few photos of what their colors to terminal strip sequence...
Good morning all,
I have a 1996 Sundancer 330 DA with the Westerbeke 4.5 BCG setup. Long story short, I managed to bend a valve on it and had to do a rebuild on it last winter.
During removal... my shop who did the removal nor I decided to take note of the wiring in which runs from the remote...
Yes, I ordered the sheets for like 300 total and cut it myself. I will get the pre-made ebay or amazon kit for 1200 next round. Otherwise, I am not paying 4500 dollars to get it done by a company.
I would like to add that we thought we were chasing a false ground, in which randomly we would blow the glass fuse in the system as the ground would also tease us and move when she started which would possibly be part of the halon system or something else?

95-99 330DA had the option of having the bench seat that pulls out as a bed with table or, the table with the seating facing each other, much like a dinner table.
Anyone done this swap? Have photos? I love my boat, but much wish I had the "dinner table" style as its better for storage and just...
How did you get it to figure out the gallons per hour and all that? I really dig that setup but my understanding since our motors don't have any sort of computer, this wasn't possible...
Welcome to the fun of wiring diagrams and searay.... The best answer I have gotten is that when Searay moved they lost a ton of wiring diagrams. Best bet is finding someone with the same exact boat (year make and model) and hopefully same location built and get them to make you one.
I have 6 sets of EMF SWAG 6.5s, 2 sets of Crescendo 8 Mid bass drivers. 1 EMF Banhammer 12" in a custom vented box. Wetsounds REV8s on top of the arch. Running everything on a PPI Black Ice and Wetsounds 6 channel. Epicenter Bass restoration unit with DB meter, thru a Wetsounds EQ.... That's V1...
Sounds like a carb issue itself. Factory carbs on my 96 330DA were Rochesters. I specifically had them rebuilt (with warranty) and flow tested when I did an overhaul this winter. Oddly enough, port was way too rich even adjusted with the set screws turned all the way in. I warrantied it and now...
I have my quote for like 1400 and I can pick it up as I live in Atlanta. A sheet is 75 delivered and I need 5 to do a 330 DA, so that's 375 and I cut it myself. My buddy did his in 4 hours, and I was on it this weekend and it looked pretty damn good honestly.
Basically outside of the Bulkhead, under the engine or in front or back? I was thinking prop cavitation (sp?) would mess up the signal but maybe not? I'm on a lake... I don't fish with it. But seeing if there is a tree in a cove I am head into underwater would be nice, it'll also help me miss...
Could you upload a photo of the location? I am about to toss a new GPS system in, my factory thru hole is still in and don't want to pull out for dealing with this.
Thank you
I've debated ordering that for my 96 330 Sundancer and glad to see the quality is good. Better option than the $4500 quote I got for someone to come out, template and do it for me.
