Pull plugs and do compression test. I would start there and report back.

If all the above mentioned checks out - check to see how much fuel is in tank. Many times it will shut down as a safety precauttion when the fuel drops below 1/4 of tank so you do not run out of fuel on main engines. Good luck.

Need to remove vanes from system. Start at impeller housing and follow the water hose all the way down to the heat exchanger. Open up the end cap and I bet you will find your problem there. Anytime impellers go bad and have missing vanes you need to extract them or you will be replacing...

Unhook cable from tranny and see if it shifts in forward and reverse. Make sure it is tied good to dock. If it does shift good then you have a linkage adjustment. If not check to see if there are any leaks from any of the hoses causing it to lose pressure.
