Hi everyone, I have a 2001 240 Sundeck with a 5.0 / Bravo 3 outdrive. I have an issue that only happens 1 out of 20 times so its intermittent. If we happen to go out for a ride and shut off the boat to float sometimes when we try to start our boat back up it goes into some sort of failsafe mode...

Hey everyone I have a 2001 240 sundeck with a 5.0 merc duel prop. I just replaced the water pump on the front of the engine. Install was fast and easy. Just had 1 question. Does anyone know the water gauge should read during normal running conditions? Thanks Dan

That is the horn hole and I also took the cleats off to make laying the vinyl easier.

First the background on why I did this. Last year when we got this boat it had the original decals on it and they were faded pretty bad and of course the wife was all about fixing that LOL. So I ordered some really cheep vinyl from amazon and tried doing some simple stripes but after 1 year they...

I don't have any close up pics just yet but I will soon. I added a 3M seam tape to cover all the edges so that should help with the vinyl shrinking. Last year I did some stripes with a cheep vinyl from amazon and it held up pretty good in the sun.

Have not put it back in the water yet I'm laying the synthetic teak on the floors now. It is the good 3M 1080 vinyl so hopefully it holds up.
