Smart craft 5000 not showing codes when alarms going off
It was something computer/electronic. Our mechanics thought it might be our sc5000. And He did not want to mess with it. Referred a tech guy. Tech guy came out and dx it in 15 minutes...ECM engine control module...the computer on the starboard engine. Ugh! $2400.00 it slowly over a few weeks...- Hartwaker

Smart craft 5000 not showing codes when alarms going off
Voltage meters do not change....except when engine shut down. They flicker off then right back on..we will most definitely check all connections again... Thx- Hartwaker

Smart craft 5000 not showing codes when alarms going off
For about 5 weeks sc5000 alarms going off when idling out of slip. Then twice the starboard side engine shut down when idling when SC alarms. The alarm sounded in the same spot out of slip/dock each time. So....last memorial weekend we went out late before fireworks show, stopped ate and idled...- Hartwaker
