Thanks for the help, it turned out it was the Hot Water tank leaking and running into the Bilge, have now replaced it and all is well ! bit of a bugger of a job with the amount of room available. Joys of Boating !

I changed the Exhaust Manifolds and risers about 2 years ago and its been getting steadily worse since then now I think of it, so it would be worth a check, I don't appear to get water in the Bilge when the boat is moored so I think it has to be something to do with the through transom items.

I've always had a small amount of water collect in the stern Bilge of my 2007 Sundancer 245 but recently it appears to be more, I've checked the through hull transducer and the drain plugs and they appear to be ok, is it likely to be coming in through a small split in one of the transom bellows...

While out at the weekend in my 2007 Searay 245 fitted with a 5Lt V8 MPI, after a high speed run on full throttle for about 5mins the engine suddenly lost around 50% of its power, causing me to limp back to port, the engine has only just been serviced and the temp did not increase, it just felt...
