Are they covering your mechanical? I just bght 1998 450, requested Travelers quote, approved coverage but excluded mechanical.....stated due to age >20 yrs, even though engine hrs 631?

Looking at a 450 sea ray to buy . Has the 3126 cats, will serial number tell if they are the "soft" blocks ? Or how are they identified ?

is there anyway to tell by serial numbers of "soft" block from France in a cat 3126 ?
