The area I circled has a pipe, the water is coming out of there, at the bottom of the bilge, I don’t think it is the riser. There is a video showing clearly where the water coming out but cannot post it.

Not resolved, still interested in hearing other suggestions anyone might have, will be sure to let you know though, if we manage to resolve it.
