    Out of curiosity, does Mercruiser make their own blocks for their engines or are they still using GM short block and adapting them for marine use such as for engines like the 6.2L stern drive??

    Overflowing gear lube reservoir

    Folks, my B3 outdrive is losing gear lube from the engine reservoir tank cap. Last couple times out the reservoir leaked through cap onto bilge. Any thoughts on why would be appreciated. Reservoir cap is the small one on left in this picture with the red pin. Thank you!!

    Gel Coat Repair Advice

    Need advice on best approach to repair gel coat. Boat rubbed wooden dock in rough weather. Blue gel coat comes off on rag when wiped with boat cleaner. Boat is new (yes, quite sad!) less than 6 months old. Any thoughts on best way to repair? What could be causing gel coat to keep coming...

    Bravo III Outdrive Speedometer Cable

    The speedometer tube on my 280 SLX 2017 with a Bravo III outdrive became disconnected at outdrive. Does reconnecting it require the outdrive to pulled from the boat or is it a simple reconnection/thread type situation? Thank you!!
