Just picked up a 3000 watt invertor. Going to wire it into the electrical panel but my question is where is everyone mounting theirs. I am told not to mount it in the bilge as it is not ignition protected.
What size wrench do I need to adjust the prop shaft stuffing boxes? I cant get an adjustable wrench in there. Are they the same size as the rudder shaft? Its on a 86 Sundance 340 with vdrives.
Quick question for ya'll....I see alot of talk about fuel consumption and people are saying at 3200 rpm they are getting 25 gph and others are talking 13-15. Are some talking about a total of both engines while others are talking per engine?

Thanks Shawn. More good information. So how does the pressure system work. Seems to me that if there is a vent line that the tank would not pressurize unless there is some sort of valve on the vent line. My last boat had an on demand pump so this is new to me.
