Yeah a real pain but can see the light at the end of the tunnel now. Have you had any troubles since?
I’d love to go closed cooling but for now I will be installing a salt away wireless flush kit so I can flush the engine before shutting it down each time. Just waiting for delivery!

@BillK2632 The risers do look sus so I will be replacing them. I have pressure tested both manifolds with water and air and they both held 25psi for an hour and seem In reasonable condition.
